Request for E911 Address Assignment form with Township Maps
Please complete the Request for Address Assignment form, print out the map of your corresponding township, mark the approximate location of your address request, and return it to the Mahnomen County Sheriff’s Office.

The Sheriff is the chief law enforcement officer in the County.  The Sheriff is an elected official serving a four year term.  The Sheriff’s Office provides policing services to 16 townships, the cities of Mahnomen and Bejou, covering 576 miles.   

The Sheriff’s Office staff consists of 14 full-time deputies, one part-time deputy, six  Dispatcher/Jailers, one Administrative Assistant, and numerous civilian Transport Officers.
